When you first make contact, we’ll have a brief chat about your requirements, but more often than not, we’ll set a time for a face-to-face meeting.
There is where we discuss your proposed event in more depth. We’ll ask a whole raft of questions around theme, goals, location, budget, date and venue. We’ll show you relevant examples of our work and bounce around possible ideas.
After the initial meeting we’ll spend time putting together a full proposal and quote. Depending on the size and complexity of the event, this process normally takes between two to five days.
We’ll give you a call to discuss the proposal, make sure you understand what we’ve presented, and answer any questions you might have. We will also adapt and modify our proposal to better suit your needs.
If you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll work though event logistics, start booking the event crew and talk to the event venue. This is when you will need to sign our event booking forms.
Along with the signing of our booking forms, at this stage we require a non-refundable deposit.
If required, we can create a 3-D render of your function, so you have a clear picture of what we intend to deliver. We can also adapt the original proposal/quote as required.
We go to work, getting everything in place for the event. We also keep in close contact, so you know exactly what is happening.
We complete the full event set-up, during the event we manage and co-ordinate every aspect, and then complete the pack-down upon event completion. Your Event Manager will be onsite with you, working through anything questions you may have.
